When installing for a commercial premises there are several factors to consider before investing in EV charging infrastructure. Jorro will offer you a dedicated project manager who will arrange a site survey, grant funding applications, billing software and full hand over to you and your staff.

There is grant funding available to several business types from OZEV which typically reduced the cost of installation by £4,250-£14,000**. EV Chargers for Flatted & New Build Developments

One of the most common barriers to owning an EV is being able to charge at home. While it may be challenging if you park your car on the street, if your flatted development has dedicated residential parking your building can benefit from up to £30,000** from OZEV and potentially more from Energy Saving Trust.

Recent planning legislation means that new build developments require Active and Passive EV Charging provision. Our team are experts in delivering future proof and cost effective solutions for developers in this challenging space. We can work from the initial site plans, attend site meetings and assist throughout the phases of installation from groundworks to customer handovers.

*From acceptance of quotation and assumes electrical supply to home does not require DNO approval (over 85% of homes don’t require approval prior to install)
